FOR SERVICES PROVIDED WORLDWIDE

Every individual or corporate subscriber  to WEIO - Department of International Markets Association (Assomercati Internazionali) has 20% discount on any kind of service offered by WEIO as well as on the international publications and Directories edited by the International Markets Association  (Assomercati Internazionali).

Subscription validity is for 365 days from the receipt of the amount (100 USD for individuals and 200 USD companies, institutions, others).

General Conditions

1. All services are supplied on the base of written acceptance through air mail letter or fax letter as well as e-mail by the applicant who approves the written estimate of the expenditure made by WEIO - Department of International Markets Association (Assomercati Internazionali).

All services are to be paid in advance against pro-forma invoice . The final invoice paid in full will be sent to the applicant by air mail.  Services are supplied by air mail, fax, e-mail at discretion and charge of WEIO - Department of International Markets Association (Assomercati Internazionali)

The applicant may request that services will be supplied by air courier at consignee's expense.

3. Subscribers' rates will be exclusively applied to those customers who, at the date of delivery of services requested, have regularly  paid the yearly subscription fee.

4. WEIO - Department of International Markets Association (Assomercati internazionali) declines all responsibility, with the exception  of fraud supposition  or serius guilt (art. 1229 Italian Civil Law), for any damage caused to the customers and derived from the services supplied.

In any case the civil liability of WEIO will be limited to the amount paid by the customer to WEIO - Department of International Markets Association (Assomercati Internazionali) for the specific services  supplied to the applicant.

5.Trade or Business information Services on foreign trade  or business operators are supplied without any responsibility or civil liability as well as warranty on their content.

6. WEIO - Department of International Markets Association (Assomercati internazionali) warrants that the lists of names or company profiles as well as any other information provided to subscribers are belonging to the business categories and sectors of activity pointed out in the written estimate of expenses accepted by the applicant.

Therefore WEIO is not responsible for the eventual lack of interest by the selected trade or business operator/s or commercial, industrial or technological offers proposed to or by the applicant but only for data supplied.

If the applicant finds some mistakes concerning the list of names, wrong names will be replaced free of charge by WEIO in the shortest time as pointed out in the following No. 8.

7. Advance payments must refer and take place exclusively in accordance  with pro-forma  invoice indications sent to the applicant  by Assomercati Internazionali (International Markets Association)  on behalf of its Department WEIO.

The amount due  must be paid in USD through swift bank money transfer (details are pointed out in the proforma invoice and in the subscription form) in order  to save time for the processing of the services requested.

Please remember that every request of services will begin to be processed only from the date of the reception by Assomercati Internazionali - International Markets Association of the amount due.

8. Incidental complaints concerning the services supplied must be addressed to Assomercati Internazionali (International Markets Association) and specifically to its Department WEIO not later than 45 days from the date of air mail/ air courier/ fax/ e-mail forwarding.

9. In case the applicant is entitled to partial or total  reimbursement  of the amounts, money will be refunded within 90 days from the receipt of the claim.

10. This contract comply with the provisions of the Italian Civil Law. In case of controversy linked linked to the interpretation, execution or not execution as well as the cancellation of the present contract, the competent Court will be that one of Rome in Italy.

We declare to expressely approve, in respect to articles  1341, 1342 of the Italian Civil Law, the clauses whose articles 4,5,6,8,9,10 of contractual terms and conditions for services supplied by WEIO - Department of International Markets Association (Assomercati internazionali) as provided in this contract.
